Oasis, Patient Engagement, and Expanded HHVBP Model

The expanded Home Health Value-Based Purchasing Model (HHVBP Model) was developed to improve quality and efficiency of care to Medicare beneficiaries. This master class will explain the expanded HHVBP Model and how it influences the healthcare landscape. It will also focus on a key component of the expanded HHVBP Model: the Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS). In addition, strategies and digital tools to increase patient engagement will be covered.

Strategies to improve HHCAHPS scores will also be discussed.
