Created for Home Care organizations either seeking accreditation for the first time or experienced in the process, this workshop provides an in-depth look at pre-survey preparation, key steps to having a successful on-site survey, and information on how to complete important post-survey components.

The virtual workshop will include:

A live full-day online session with our presenter and other attendees featuring a detailed look at the ACHC survey process, a review of the Home Care Standards, and lessons on how to utilize the ACHC Accreditation Guide to Success workbook.

Nursing contact hours available. This nursing continuing professional development activity was approved by the Virginia Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
