Hospice Operations Certification Course
Day 1 – August 4 | Hospice Operations & Financial Foundations
The first day focuses on the core operational and financial components required to successfully manage a hospice organization. Attendees will explore effective staffing models, quality assurance practices, and crisis management strategies. The day also introduces essential technology solutions, including Electronic Health Records (EHR) and telehealth applications. Additional sessions cover hospice revenue cycle management, billing compliance, financial forecasting, and key performance indicators (KPIs) used to monitor operational and financial health.
Day 2 – August 5 | Leadership, Technology, and Innovation
The second day emphasizes leadership development, advanced technology, and forward-looking strategies for hospice organizations. Participants will engage in hands-on workshops focused on financial strategy and KPI tracking, while also exploring advanced analytics and compliance technologies. The program concludes with sessions on leadership, sales and marketing strategies, and the emerging role of artificial intelligence in hospice care to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Home Health Operations Certification Course
Day 1 – August 4 | Industry Landscape & Workforce Optimization
Day one provides an overview of the current home health care landscape, including workforce trends, regulatory updates, and operational challenges facing agencies today. Participants will learn how to effectively monitor staff utilization, track key performance metrics, and implement advanced productivity strategies that improve efficiency without compromising quality of care. The day also highlights modern technology solutions such as telehealth, AI-driven scheduling, and mobile tools designed to streamline home health operations.
Day 2 – August 5 | Data, Compliance, and Revenue Performance
Day two focuses on using data and compliance strategies to strengthen operational and financial performance. Sessions explore predictive analytics for staffing decisions, best practices for regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation approaches for home health agencies. The program also covers revenue cycle management fundamentals and strategies to improve billing accuracy and collections, concluding with an in-depth discussion of value-based purchasing and how agencies can successfully adapt to evolving reimbursement models.

Molly Bladen, MSN, FNP-C, HCS-D, HCS-O is a Nurse Practitioner with more than 28 years of experience in Home Healthcare. Her career began in the field as a home health nurse and expanded into agency leadership, quality assurance, regulatory audits, as well as advanced practice provider roles.
Molly brings a comprehensive understanding of clinical care delivery, compliance standards, coding, and operational oversight. Her extensive experience across both frontline and executive functions provides a well-rounded perspective on quality improvement and patient outcomes. She is passionate about strengthening home health practices and supporting excellence across the continuum of care.
Molly lives in NE Florida with her husband and enjoys spending time with family (especially the grandbabies!), camping, boating and playing in the pool.

Ashley Waller,
VP of RCM
Ashley has 15+ years of experience in the RCM industry and leads with purpose and vision. She strives to improve processes and procedures to increase revenue. She takes pride in being not only a strong trainer and mentor, but a leader who invests deeply in the growth and success of each team member. By fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and support, she helps individuals, clients, and the organization thrive. She strives to improve processes and procedures for sustainable excellence.

She lives in West Virginia with her husband and two children. She loves to travel, spend time with her family, watch her children in their activities, and coaches a cheerleading team.
